Patient Satisfaction

We hope that everyone who visits us at Laxey Dental Surgery has a positive experience. However if anyone is dissatisfied and feels the need to complain our Code of Practice for Patient Complaints is available in our reception. We take complaints very seriously.

Should a patient present with a complaint he/she will be dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. Our procedure is based on these objectives.

If any patient is not satisfied with the result of our procedure a complaint may be made to the Dental Complaints Service which helps private dental patients and dental professionals resolve complaints about private dental treatment.
